In order to make the most of the facilities of St. John Nepomucene, we are conducting a review of the use of our facilities. This will allow us to make sure that we know who is using our facilities and when. It will allow us to become aware of any changes that have occurred in the groups using our facilities and of any changes in the needs of those groups. It will also allow us to plan things such that there will not be conflicts among the various parish groups that are using the facilities here and will, thus, promote harmony within the parish.
We ask that every group that is using the facilities at St. John fill out the Facilities Use Request form. Even if your group has been meeting at St. John for years, please fill out the form so that we know that the group is still active and that the needs of the group have not changed. Groups associated with the parish should fill out the form that is available now. This form may be found in the bulletin, at the parish office, and here in PDF form.
